We wanted a room that opens early and closes late. Somewhere a family can walk into on a Sunday morning without planning it, and the whole table gets fed properly, without anyone settling for the nearest option.
So the batter is ground here, the gravies are made each day, and nothing is plated before you order it. The tables are big. The welcome is the same at eight in the morning as at ten at night. This is our first season. Come and eat with us.
